SHIPMENT 

To realize any order an email confirmation concerning list of ordered products, web shop order number and total price is needed.

I also have to confirm complete cost of shipment to given destination. 

Some products listed on both LS29 and Indian web shops could not be availible at the moment. In such a case an information will be send when product is availible

There are two ways of sidecar delivery:

- door to door (inside EU countries) in 7 working days after payment (paypal or recognized agreed amount on my bank account) strait to the place indicated by a customer. Customer telephone number has to be delivered to the shiping company to agree timing and details of delivery directly.

Cost of service should not exeed 200 EUR (vary between 180 to 300 EUR) inside EU

- air shipment (worldwide) in 2 working days inside Europe and to 5 working days to the nearest big airport close to customer living place in North America after  receiving payment. Customer has to organize sidecar collection from airport himself.

Cost of delivery vary between 400 -550 USD for shipment to North America and around 250 EUR inside Europe.

Antipode shipment is more expensive and need to be first mail confirmed.

LS 29 sidecars are packed into dedicated card boxes (180X60X60cm) for shipment. Complete sidecar with a wheel without tire weights 95 kg. Sidecar packed into card box with inner wooden crate weights to 110 kg. Sidecar frame elements are disassembled and packed at the bottom of a card box into dedicated wooden panel frame. Sidecar gondola is packed on the top of the sidecar frame. This way of packaging significantly decreases total weight and is safe for sidecar transportation. Indian sidecar is packed on euro crate for shipement. Total weight of assembled Indian sidecar with crate is around 160 kg.

Smaller packages are delivered by international courier company or by national post service. Usually it takes over 21 days (outside of Europe) until customer will receive ordered products.

PAYMENT

Only two methods of payment are accepted; prefered transfer into given bank account or Paypal.

Next day after receiving money on my account an email confirmation is send back to customer. The day when the package is delivered to shiping company a scan of shipping letter (confirmation of shipment) will be send to customer email.
